Supporting People Living With Disabilities Across Dubbo
CTJ Healthcare Pty Ltd is a Registered NDIS Provider. We are dedicated in providing services to people living with disabilities from age 7 to 65years. We wish to empower every individual living with a disability to be the best version of themselves. We aim to be creative, be good listeners and respond to the needs and aspirations of the participants whilst retaining participants in the community. We assist people in coordinating their NDIS plan to achieve their personal goals. Our vision is to ensure a world where everyone is treated as an individual with respect and dignity. Participate Community
“Community participation” means different things to different people. For us, it means enabling neighborhood connections, building meaningful relationships, and finding ways to develop your personal interests and skills.
Daily Tasks/Shared Living
We provide Daily living support in a shared living arrangement. We provide assistance with and/or supervising tasks of daily life to develop the skills of the individuals with complex support needs to live as autonomously as possible.
Development Life Skills
Life skills have a significant impact on our personal success, but developing them can be especially difficult for people living with disabilities. At CTJ Healthcare, we provide assistance for how you can cultivate these crucial abilities.
